Like to hunt or eat venison? We’ll this one’s for you. Our Pork & Venison sausage is a leaner sausage that tastes amazing and is made from choice venison and pork.


    GRILL - Preheat grill to medium heat. Place sausage directly over heat. Heat for 6-8 minutes per side turning frequently to prevent burning.

    STOVE TOP - Place ½ inch of water in a skillet and heat to a simmer. Place sausage in skillet and heat for 6 minutes each side.

    - Place sausage in microwave-safe dish, add ½ cup of water and cover. Heat on high for 3 ½ - 4 ½ minutes or until hot. Cooking time will vary depending on your microwave.
